Health coaching can transform your life by changing your every day habits and behaviours.  A Health Coach is a wellness professional trained to support, educate and empower you to find your way to better health.  We help you discover health promoting food and lifestyle choices unique to your needs and teach you how to include them in your life for positive, lasting change.

In a world that makes good health difficult to achieve and unnecessarily complicated, health coaching removes the overwhelm and provides a personalised route back to sustainable health, on your own terms.

Most people know what they ‘should’ be doing to improve their health and prevent various diseases—but people don’t do them!

The problem isn’t the lack of information.  You can Google anything about healthy living on your phone right now. People are unaware HOW to change their habits, or if they do know how, they struggle with consistent action and motivation.

How can I help you choose the right habits to improve your health?…When the solutions to problems come from you, you’re much more likely to act, than if you were told what and what not to eat.

Humans are inclined to rebel!  We’ve had enough of being told what to do from parents, teachers and government.

So week-to-week,  we’ll devise a plan to help you proceed along the path to a better health.  Daily changes to your every day habits are the key to long-term health.  Raising self-awareness and self-compassion.  We’ll involve a lot of questions, and a lot of reflective listening.  Putting a big priority on small changes will lead to massive results.  Its being the tortoise and not the hare.

NO DIETING.  We’ll find the foods which serve your unique body type.

Each coaching session takes place on the phone or with Skype.  This removes a few barriers as you can be in the comfort of your own home, or fit in an hour from work.  Or I live in New Milton and Southbourne, so if you’re near by, we can even do the session in person.
