After a free discovery call with me, I can offer the following ways to help you to improve your health.  The coaching bridges the gap between knowing what to do, and actually doing it! Knowledge does not change behaviour.  As everyone is unique, the subject matter for each session can and will change depending on successes and challenges.  Remember, there are no straight lines in nature.

4 week programme.  Designed to get the ball rolling with some new habits and behaviours.

8 week programme.  8 weeks worth of coaching is enough for some people.  A middle ground.  Developing and maintaining the habits from the 4 week programme then delving a little deeper.

12 week programme.  Delving a little deeper in all areas of your health…physical, mental, emotional, spiritual.  Little upgrades all round – giving you the tools to transform your health for long term success.
